Washington County, TX now available!

Washington County, Texas is now available on Countyrecords.com. Washington County offers the following:

  • Images from 1969 forward
  • All records indexed by Clerk File Number
  • Records from 2000 forward indexed by First Grantor, First Grantee, Instrument Type and Date Filed
  • Records from 1999 forward indexed by Book/Page

If you are a current user of Countyrecords.com you can register to use this database as follows:

  1. Login to Countyrecords.com.
  2. Click the modify account link in the upper right
  3. Click the Billing Plan link
  4. Select a billing plan for Washington County, TX
  5. Click the Save Billing Plan button at the very bottom

Montgomery County, TX now includes Assessor Data and Maps!

The Montgomery County database has been expanded to include Assessor data for 2008 and 2009! If a deed in Countyrecords.com matches the Assessor data then you will find the additional Assessor data posted including Property ID, Address, Assessed Value and Market Value.

Plus, you will find links for the following:

  • An information page showing Assessor Information for the property (Assessor Info)
  • A map of the property on the Montgomery Assessor's web site (Map-Assessor)

If you click the Assessor Information link (Assessor Info), a new web page will be displayed to show the following additional links:

  • A map of the property on the Montgomery Assessor's web site (Map-Assessor)
  • A map of the property on Google (Map-Google)
  • The prices of surrounding properties if available (Prices-Zillow)
