Webb County now includes Appraisal data!

The Webb County database has been expanded to include Appraisal data for 2012! If a deed in Countyrecords.com matches the Appraisal data then you will find the additional Appraisal data posted including address, property id, assessed value and market values. Appraisal Abstract/Subdivision, Block and Tract/Lot is also available.

For these records, you will also see a link to the property's web page on the Webb County Appraisal District web site as well as a link to a map of the property, if available.

The Dewitt County Assessor database has added to CountyRecords.com with Assessor data for 2012! We hope this will assist you in determining property ownership. When you search our Assessor database, you will find a link to our county search screen where you can search for the owner name by filling in the Grantor_or_Grantee box. This can help you find deeds, liens and more!

Plus, on the Assessor Database Search Results screen, you will find links for the following:

• A map of the property on Google (Map-Google), if available
• The prices of surrounding properties if available (Prices-Zillow), if available
• A link to the Karnes County Assessor site

Effective September 1st, we are expanding our Archer County database on Countyrecords.com. The database is now a full title plant so complete property searches will be available.

Images are still only available from September 1991 forward. However, you can search data back to 1971.

Bee County Coverage expanded

Nearly 10,000 Bee County Deed Records 1846 to 1899 are now available! The records are fully indexed by Property.

We are in the process of posting Bee County records from 1900 forward now and will be introducing these to the system as they become available.

Reagan County TX is now available!
