Bosque County, TX coverage expanded!

Bosque County Texas coverage on Countyrecords.com has been expanded with data and images back to July 11, 2000. All documents between July 11, 2000 to December 31, 2001 are indexed at least by Instrument Type, Grantor, Grantee, Volume and Page. Documents after December 31, 2001 are indexed by all fields.

Shelby County Assessor Links now available!

The Shelby County database has been expanded to include Assessor data for 2009! Now, if a deed in Countyrecords.com matches the Assessor data you will find the additional Assessor data posted including legal description, address and other property information as well as assessed and market values. The records will be shown in a new, more convenient format.

Plus, you will also now see the following new links.
  • The "Assessor site" link opens the property record on the Shelby County Assessor's web site.
  • The "Map" link opens the map, if available, on Google Maps.
